Hello and welcome to Empowering Neurodivergence AuDHD Coaching. My name is Amanda and I am a mum to 3 neurodivergent children with a passion to support. 

Following the diagnosis of my own children, I took it upon myself to gain the qualifications I needed to join the professional world of SEN support, providing pre and post diagnosis support through strategies and interventions, signposting, advice and guidance as well as navigating EHCP's. I have experience of providing this  support independently and through the education setting. As a parent I understand only too well the many hurdles and frustrations a neurodivergent journey can have and the impact it has on not just the individual but the rest of the family also.

Although I very much enjoyed my day to day work supporting parents and their children I always felt like I was capable of more. After many hours of research I landed on AuDHD coaching which I instantly fell in love with and found to resonate so much with myself and my family. Fast forward to today and here I am now a fully certified Advanced AuDHD Coach, keen to not only support individuals to make sense of their diagnosis but also to help parents and loved ones better understand.

I believe in the potential of every person therefore my mission is to support neurodivergent individuals, their families and loved ones through focused, effective, neuro-affirmative coaching. I am able to support individuals from secondary school age into adulthood as well as parents and family members. I can support individually or with a loved one such as couples or parent and child. 

You do not need an official diagnosis to access my services but a keen desire to engage and explore is a preference.
